Wild Divine's innovative biofeedback hardware platform measures heart rate variability (HRV) skin conductance level (SCL). Heart rate variability is the pattern that emerges from tracking the time between each beat of your heart.

When your doctor tells you what your heart rate is, that is only an average of the number of beats that occur each minute. However, medical research has now proven that what we really need to know is what is happening between each beat, your HRV. The more variation you have between beats, the healthier you are, both physically and mentally. Chronic stress is a leading factor in the reduction of your HRV, while breathing and relaxation techniques can greatly improve your HRV.

In addition, the biofeedback hardware also measures your skin conductance levels (SCL). SCL measures your body's physical and mental stress through the fluxuation of the sweat gland activity on your finger tips. An increased state of relaxation is measured by a decrease in your SCL.

The software obtains these measurements via the three fingers sensors and registers them through a proprietary "iom" biofeedback hardware. Then, they are fed back to you through beautiful, interactive biofeedback activities on the screen.

Throughout the program, you will learn to control your body's reactions and improve your HRV through various levels of breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
